I began speaking at conferences and events on the topic of Social Media and harnessing the power and value of people and how they behave online in rapidly changing environments. Having evangelised online social networks; blogging and microblogging for business; communities of interest; social PR; and community research and engagement since 2005; I've had a lot of experience in helping businesses and organisations to understand new tools, spaces and opportunities.
Since 2007 I have been working mainly with mobile, rather than pure web services. As such I now focus on my passion for "social mobile" ideas.
